Which payment methods are supported?

The UK entity supports Stripe (cards) and PayPal; the China entity supports Alipay. Checkout matches your region automatically.

Can I change an order after placing it?

Before shipment you can contact us to edit the address or cancel; after shipment please use the return flow.

Is payment secure?

All payments go through the official Stripe / PayPal / Alipay gateways — we never store your card details.

Shipping & Delivery

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship worldwide. Enter your address at checkout to see availability and shipping cost.

How long does delivery take?

In-stock items usually dispatch in 1–3 business days; cross-border delivery typically takes 7–15 business days.

Who pays the customs duty?

We ship DDP (delivered duty paid) — the checkout total includes estimated taxes, so usually no extra duty on your end.

Returns & After-sales

Do you accept returns?

Non-custom in-stock items can be returned within 7 days of receipt, in original condition.

How do I request after-sales?

Start it under Account · My Orders after signing in, or contact us for help.

Can custom items be returned?

Custom / consecrated items are generally non-returnable unless defective — please confirm with an advisor before ordering.

Do I need an account to buy?

No. Guest checkout is supported and the order number is your proof; registering syncs your cart, orders and addresses.

What are the membership benefits?

Members enjoy tiered pricing, points and exclusive offers — higher tiers get better discounts.
